The property is exceptional. Beautiful hotel, stunning facilities and great location. The room was huge and beautiful.
However the bed was rock hard. Even when they came and packed two duvets on top of the mattress we couldn’t sleep on it.
4am after no sleep went and asked if they had another room or bed or toppa mattress and got told no, nothing else, the beds are all the same throughout the hotel.
Checked out before breakfast.
So sad. Meant to stay 3 nights and only stayed one- awake-
A decent toppa pad available would have solved the problems.

The hotel was great. Rooms were large, beds & pillows very comfortable.

Hotel was newly renovated, actually partially still under renovation, so some of the area was still blocked which made bit inconvenient. Room is superb clean, gym was clean. staff friendly. The humongous patio for breakfast was unbelieveable impressive.

The hotel was very modern and was luxurious. The staff were very helpful in booking taxis, giving recommendations (food, tours, beauty treatments etc). Special thanks to Will Wang who helped us in booking a lot of stuff! The hotel is a short walk away from the main Wangfujing street which was very helpful and a station (National Art Museum) is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
My first time in Beijing, the location is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the subway, close to Wangfujing Street, and it is also very convenient to get to various scenic spots. The room is very new and clean, with a lot of automation. The front desk staff are also very friendly and proactive in helping. Police cars are often parked at intersections, which gives a strong sense of security.

The location is within walking distance to Wangfujing Street, where you can find lots of places to shop and eat. Both Jinyuhutong Metro and Dengshikou Metro are within 8 mins of walking.
