My stay at the hotel was amazing mainly thanks to the girl who works at the reception. She welcomed me like a member of the family, took care of everything I needed, helped me get tickets to the parks, spent a lot of time explaining to me about the routes in the park, showed unusual patience. I am very grateful for everything, I definitely recommend everyone to stop here. When I come to China next time I will return to the hotel and recommend it to all my friends visiting the area.

We are from Singapore, on a Free-and-Easy trip to Zhang Jia Jie for the first time. The location of Zhangjiajie Porui Hotel - Tianmen Mountain is good, short walking distance from "72-Storey" Building and also the Tian Men Mountain Cable Car Station. Next street is along the river that offers good site for evening strolls after dinner. The street where it is located is full of eateries that offers value-for-money and delicious hot food and is readily accessible to convenient stalls. The host/staff are very friendly and offers recommendations for efficient ways to enjoy the attractions in Zhang Jia Jie. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Evening is quiet and offers peaceful nights conducive for sleep.
