English speaking front desk staff specially Mr. Mark He was a nice and helpful gentleman and he helped to book us taxied, wrote the way maps when we want to go somewhere and helped to book our next hotel at Beijing ( Fairfield by Marriott Haidian Beijing). Can give 7 stars for him out of 7.

The location is pretty good close to the center and a lot of shops around does look like the photos but some years ago, so everything is useful but somethings are a bit old. But for the rest it’s a really nice hotel for the price and location.
Here is really good, cleaning lady is also great, the hostel bed we do not need to get their own, the toilet is also smart I have never seen, toilet paper to show the boss's care. To the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Suzhou Museum on the 1.7 km, very close. Downstairs is the subway station, gave me this trip brought a very good experience! Thanks!
Easy access to metro station which is convenient if travelling to/from Suzhou Railway Station. Also, walking distance to Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrators Garden, Pingjiang lu and lively shopping district at Guanqian jie.
