An absolutely wonderful butler staff, with impeccable services! The moment of my arrival I was welcomed by Alice, who arranged getting me check-in quickly. Chief Butler Faust made my stay incredible, and he is one of the main reasons I only stay at the St. Regis hotel when I am in Shenzhen.
