Location was perfect. Walking distance (6 mins) to subway Line 4 and Line 10. Line 4 is connected to Beijing South railway station where a lot of high speed trains departure from, and the Daxing Airport. Line 10 is a ring route that connects the a lot of business / shopping areas. The area quiet.
Staff was friendly. Yuqin helped with room supplies and was nice to talk to. The staff at the gym and swimming pool were supportive and warm.
Room facilities are a bit old, but compensated by the generous size.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We didn't order room service but I saw that they had cute robots that delivered your order to your door, which I thought was cool. Reasonably close to the Beijing North train station. Adorable lovebirds in the hotel restaurant.
