We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was modern and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The shower worked perfectly. The breakfast was diverse, offering both Chinese and European options, which was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The staff were absolutely great. They were exceptionally friendly and smiley and very helpful. The hotel offers free tea and snacks and all the food was absolutely delicious. Seriously recommend trying the wonton soul for breakfast! They also offer a free laundry service which was super helpful. The location is great and you're surrounded by lots of lovely places to eat / drink.
The hotel is located right in the thick of things with Gulou East Street right around the corner, and Guijie Street not too far off.
Although, the staff's English was limited, I managed to get everything I needed, and any questions I had answered during my stay and staff were more than happy to help me.
