The Staff!! So helpful and kind. I don’t speak Chinese so all communication was done through a translator, and the device they have on reception is far better than google translate! Their patience in talking to me like this was great and made the check in so comfortable. The room was comfy, quiet and dark everything i needed after a night flight. Soft drinks and water are complementary along with tea and coffee which when asked the maid didn’t hessite to assist in my caffeine needs and supply me with more coffee😊 the local metro station is an 8/10 minute walk and it is on line 2 which is very convenient to get to the attractions. When i checked out early (no fault of the hotel, just a change to my plans). Again the staff were so helpful in assisting me and they straight away gave me a refund for the 2 nights, which was unexpected, but much appreciated!!! I will happily stay here again next time

Room much nicer than I expected, and very spacious. It overlooked the highway exit but noise wasn't bothersome. 5 minute walk to metro station Guang'anmen nei.

Holiday Inn Express is a 20-minute walk from Tao Ran Ting Station Line 4. It offers modern accommodation with free parking and free Wi-Fi in all areas.

The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street is 3 km from the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Overlooking the White Pagoda Temple and city, it offers an indoor pool and free parking.

The mall connected to the hotel has everything: an upscale supermarket, great restaurants. The Italian restaurant Bosco inside the hotel is fantastic.

Overall a mediocre hotel. The room we had was however excellent and modern with all facilities. We paid for executive club lounge access which was very disappointing. Of all the many club lounges we have visited this was the worst. The food offering was poor and no evening buffet offered. Compared to the Grand Hyatt Beijing the lounge would rate 3/10 compared to 10/10 at the Hyatt. Location was however good but not a hotel we will revisit.

Grand Mercure Beijing Central is located in the heart of the city, adjacent to Financial Street business district.

Good experience to live in Grand Mercure Beijing Central. Clean and very comfortable bed, services are good in the hotel and convenient location. Especially the door guards of the hotel are very professional and work hard during Beijing winter time, they help customers take heavy luggage, and call taxis... They provide very warm services to the customers in the hotel during the freezing winter time in Beijing. Mr Song was the last day during the time we stayed in the hotel. Thanks! Daily room cleaning services need to improve, cups can not be cleaned well, and the floor is not cleaned well every day in the room. Anyway, recommend it!! 门口门卫人员非常温暖，尽职尽责！ 感谢！酒店不错推荐！但房间日常保洁需要改进！
