This excellent hotel is located in one of the centers of Shenzhen. Large department stores are only a few hundred meters away. There is a huge selection of restaurants and bars in the area. There are two metro lines nearby, which provide quick transportation to all parts of the city.
The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel has a good outdoor pool.
The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They provided us with a hotel limousine for the trip to the airport in HongKong.

Personnel: friendly and helpful staff despite the last minute booking
Equipment: all things needed are provided including toothbrush, razor, extra tissue roll... which is a nice touch
