The staff are very nice and helpful and the room is spacious. The most good thing I would like mention is that the room can be very comfortable and quite as we can adjust the temperature and fan grade - seems like a standard for five-star hotel? To be honest, quite a lot high-end hotels we booked could not meet this requirement.

A very beautiful place that exudes a traditional charm with excellent amenities. The hotel gave off a very serene environment with the calming traditional music along with the soft chirps of the birds. There is also a roof top garden where you can eat there.

I had an amazing stay at Empark prime hotel and would recommend it 100%.
I was not fully able to appreciate the location (as I had booked guided tours with hotel pick-ups), but seemed safe, central, 2 min walk from a metro station, 8 min walk from a shopping area and 20 min walk from North side of forbidden city.
The staff were polite and attentive to my needs.
Rooms were very clean, spacious, stylish and with all modern comforts.
Breakfast was very good, although I would have preferred some dumplings included.
Pool looked amazing, although I did not use it. The gym was also very comfortable with brand new, high tech equipment.
The hotel had 2 restaurants: one of them seemed to be open all day, so accommodated lunch at any time.
Check in was flexible - I was allowed a bit earlier, really appreciated this after a long flight.
Hotel Pick up from the airport, while slightly on the expensive side, was worth it: hassle free, driver was waiting for me immediately outside, carried kindly all my bags, had a clean car with water, dry & wet napkins on offer and safe driving to the city.

The staff were courteous and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, and provided impeccable service down to details such as providing a warm water bottle every night for our use in warming the beds during the cold winter days - something we did not expect at all, but were so grateful for.
The location was also great, being located within walking distance of Wangfujing. The ambience of the hotel was calming and relaxing. I'm sure I'll be back if I'm ever in Beijing again!
