They collected us from the station with all our luggage and took us straight to the hotel. Very comfortable and clean and a great location too!
The staff are great too. Sarah was amazing! Always willing to help no matter what and gave great suggestions on what to do locally. Shelly in the breakfast restaurant was great too! very happy and polite.

The staff really make the stay exceptional. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and we are so happy we went for the half board option. They catered to my dietary requirements. The views were amazing and the location is so close to the train station/centre/cable-car. Fabulous. We could also borrow sledges, hiking poles and crampons for the snow which was great.

Perfect Location.
Perfect Location. Near to the train station, cable car and restaurants. Rooms are very nostalgic and view view are incredible. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Food in the in house restaurant is also great.

Our vacation was special and unforgettable because of this hotel.
Clean and comfortable. Host explained very detailed about apartment in a folder. Bathrooms are equipped with shampoo and shower gel. Can cook and water is safe to drink from tap! Amazing view of Staubbach falls from kitchen window.
The hostel was so nice; you get a free towel and a pair of house slippers and an amazing view from the balcony; you have a place to dry the clothes; and a kitchen to make your own food (equipped with all the necessary tools you need to cook; you just need to bring groceries to cook). It was great value for money. All the amazing views are around the corner, such as the Staubbach Falls, river, and mountain alps.
The location was perfect! In the main strip of the village with easy accessibility to restaurants, shops and train station. We had a room with a balcony and it was perfect! With a view to Staubbach Falls and other smaller ones, it made it extra special to be in Lauterbrunnen. The Hotel was lovely, with friendly staff and the room was serviced daily. I couldn't fault the experience. It was as expected, nice clean accommodation with easy access to all that Berner Oberland has to offer. I would be more than happy to stay here again.
i love everything in this hostel, the best in Switzerland. My home sweet home for 2 nights. Everything's neat and clean like the kitchen, the beds and linens, the washrooms, sleeping is very comfortable, secured baggage storage. i love the shoes being removed placed on the shoe racks and used your sleepers going to the room its really clean. This is the center of Lauterbrunnen very near to the train and bus terminals, near the Staubbach Falls and souvenir shops
We were in the attic room which was clean and cozy. The heating was quite good in the room that at some point we had to open the windows.
The location of the hotel room is opposite the staubbach falls and we had amazing views from the public balconies in the hotel and also their breakfast room. Staff was very friendly and the hotel guide book has enough information for activities, food and purchases.

Rooms were very cozy, the balcony and huge windows offered a spectacular view of Staubbach Falls. Located in a quiet area a short walk from the train station. The kettle came in really handy.
Was surprised to find a lift in this hotel, it was certainly a god-send for heavy luggages.
It's by far the best hotel I've stayed at. The room (Valley 100 room) was extremely spacious. There was even a bathtub. But what I loved most was the view from the room (and the additional windows on the ceiling). The balcony faces Staubbach falls, and being on the 4th floor was amazing. The hotel interior is also mainly wood, so the scent of wood was blissful and calming. On a non cloudy night, u can even see stars.
Everything was good. Host was helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable. We got a room with direct view of the Staubbach Falls. Host was even kind enough to provide free parking behind the hotel. Highly recommended.
