The room, facilities, staff and location were great. We had a balcony room, which has a great view. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the river, people, mountains, city and the atmosphere. The location is right in old town on the river. There are numerous great restaurants and shopping within a short walk. The hotel restaurant is also very good, and you don't have to leave the hotel. The staff was excellent. We loved our stay.

The location was just close enough to the main attractions that it was convenient and better priced than competitors. The air conditioning worked well and the family room was very spacious.

There is no AC and our room is on top floor, too hot!!! And it was so noisy during the night around hotel, I did not sheep well in three night stay there. The room is very clean, and the bed is comfortable.
