Has a lift and also a very cheerful and helpful lady on the front desk. Room on 3rd floor was large. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety but had everything you needed which was replenished frequently.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered every comfort we could ask for. The highlight of our stay was the mesmerizing view from our room – truly breathtaking and worth every penny. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. We stayed here while visiting the Montreux Christmas market. Great spot, about 10-12mins walk from the train station/centre or could get the train right to the les planches local stop or a bus.
Really nice hotel, we had a lovely room to accommodate us and our 3 year old.
The location was excellent: right on the lake and with direct access to the Montreux Christmas Market. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel itself is very grand, if a little old-fashioned.
