I travelled for work and only stayed one night. Mistakenly i booked the wrong date however the staff was excellent and corrected my booking immediately. All staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic you are immersed in luxury from the moment you walk inside. Breakfast was fantastic with enough choice and high quality food. When leaving we received a small gift bag with water and chocolate. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and when leaving the hotel you are immediately in the beautiful city centre. Definitely visiting again!

It's way more impressive to see in person.
It's way more impressive to see in person. A hidden treasure is really what's right next to it - the Glacier Garden of Lucerne if you are interested in geology. Do not, I repeat, do not miss the labyrinth. We almost skipped it as the entrance didn't look interesting to us.

Go into the glacier museum while you’re there. We were skeptical at first, as I hadn’t looked into the museums in the area and had no idea what it was. By far the best views of the city and way bigger than we thought it was! You can get a great side view of the lion as well, which was pleasant to be so close to him in such a private moment. Please visit the Labyrinth and lower areas first. We were so tempted to follow the trail up, the layout had us walking a bunch of stairs unnecessarily because we just didn’t know. I’m just looking out for your knees, my friends. Save your knees for Pilatus and Rigi!
Great apartment we have, so spacious, and full equipt with everything just like your own apartment. The location itself near from train station and near many tourist attraction like chapel bridge, lion monument etc. And ofcourse near with groceries, shops and everything you want😄
The location is amazing, really close to the train station, the chapel bridge, the lion monument. The place was also very clean and comfortable, very well equipped with all sorts of amenities.
Beautiful location in the old city. We walked everywhere since minimal cars allowed in the old city. The Lion Monument is beautiful and moving and the Rosengart Museum with all the Picasso and Klee art is amazing. Food was delicious at ebery restaurant we tried.
Closed to Luzern train station and easily assessable to nearby attractions such as chapel bridge, lion monument, and shopping streets. Chapel bridge was stunning when dark falls.
The staff were very helpful. A kettle can be requested upon check-in. The hotel is located in a tourist area, near Lion Monument, Museggmauer and Hofkirche St. Leodegar. You can walk to this place. There are many supermarkets near the hotel. I love it.
Apartments were situated at a good location with easy access to Lake Lucerne, Lion Monument and prominent areas. The team at the apartment is very welcome and always welcome right from the time we booked our apartment till we left it right to our car.
This apartment is on the top floor and superb views of mountains, all rooms with balcony and terrace.good kitchen with all vessel. Near the lion monuments and 5 minutes by bus from Lucern main railway station.
Fantastic location near the city center. Roughly 15 minutes walk from the main train station, right next to the lion monument, and there was a coop right outside the hostel in a shopping center.
The pods were very comfortable and the toilets were very clean and worked well, with shampoo provided. The pantry has a microwave, and I especially appreciated the tap that gave free sparkling water in addition to still water.
