We loved the history and beautiful buildings. Went on a cruise along city tour which was booked by hotel staff which was good. Wish we had more time to explore museums, Rhien falls from Zurich is not to miss. Excellent train transportation!!

Zurich is a lovely city and I would definitely come back. Getting around is fairly straightforward using city transportation. Just note that unlike other Swiss cities that provide a pass for use of city transport through your stay at a hotel, Zurich does not. It does have a city pass that you can purchase for a day or multiple days. The Lindt Chocolate Factory is a fun visit for families or those that like chocolate. You can book a tour in advance, or just visit the store and cafe for some treats.

Def planning to come back and visit a mountain city close by, actually see the chocolate museum not just buy the entirety of the store (book your time slot well in advance!), a proper tour on the lake and swim in it for a relaxing day or two and just to wander the beautiful small and cozy streets of the city!
I love the public transportation - even though it is a bit difficult to navigate how to buy the tickets without the app. So def recommend getting the app and/or asking at a central station and get 24 hour tickets or a half pass or the likes 😉
All in all - not that much more expensive than where I’m from other than we wanted to buy all the things we can’t get at home 😉

Zurich is a lovely city - very easy to get around the Old Town by walking. The Walking tour of the Old Town offered by the Tourist Office was exceptional. Costs of activities, museums and visits to cathedrals were fair and reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants, especially the Hotel Adler's Swiss Chuchi (in our hotel) and the Raclette Factory for their fondues and cheese dishes, Wolf Spaghetti Factory for great pasta and Restaurant 1001 for takeaway borek snacks. All are centrally located in the old town.

We were there to attend the Taylor Swift concert so didn’t get to see very much of the city, but what we did see, we were very impressed and would like another visit. It seems easy to get around on the tram system. There are lots of places to eat and the old town is very charming. The underground train station has lots of shops/eateries but it is a bit confusing so you would need to take note of which entrance/exit you took !

I always love Zurich for its vibes and the friendliness of its people. The only downside is that food and transportation are expensive although it's very easy to get around with public transport here.
Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The location is also fantastic for getting the train or tram into Zurich or the airport. Hope to return.
This location is perfect as it is in the heart of Zürich. This hotel has a great ambiance with a cool bar. It's close to public transportation (tram and Zürich Hauptbahnhof with fast connection to the airport). Short walking distance to the lake and shops.
The location was perfect! Right in the Old Town of Zurich, Switzerland and it was in the middle of the city center. An area with great food and really close to shopping centers on the same strip.
Location is good, you have planty of options to get to the city center, airport, railway station and other parts of Zürich. We were provided with a fan upon our request.
The rooms were clean,hotel clean.Conveniennce of the tram outside the hotel which leads right into Zurich central after a few minutes. Same tram leads to the airport.
