About 12 mins walk from train station to the hotel. Hotel is nicely done up, and furnishings seemed pretty new.
Breakfast was great, one of the F&B service lady was always cheerful, and warmly welcomed us. Reception staff was also friendly and provided advice on Christmas markets and the best places to take nice photos. Loved that they have a cosy family room where we can relax with hot drinks and the kids can play games.

As the financial capital of Switzerland and headquarters of several large companies including FIFA, there’s a good chance that if you’re in Zurich you’re here on business. But that doesn’t mean this city doesn’t have a playful side.
Known for its cleanliness and fresh air, it comes as no surprise that the luxurious ski resorts of the Alps are within an easy distance of both the city and Zurich Airport, which is only a 12 minute drive from the city centre.
The centre is also a fast-growing cultural hub, packed with art galleries and museums. The Swiss history museum is called
Landesmuseum and the Kunsthaus houses some of the most important pieces of art owned by Switzerland. For an interesting combination of art and culture, check out the Fraumünster, a gothic church with window paintings attributed to Marc Chagall.

Beautiful city with plenty of green spaces as well as shops and restaurants, museums. It was great to amble from one Christmas market to the next. Definitely make sure you download the SBB app for transportation around town. It makes getting around so easy and simple.

Zurich is something different, something you should see.
Zurich is something different, something you should see. You can feel the 'old money' vibe. It is different from other european cities - probably because Switzerland has its own approach as they are not in the EU. I felt very comfortable and safe there, most things are of very good quality. At first, it doesn't look like one of the world's financial centers - the city itself is rather calm (but with many enertainment options). I am not 100% sure of that but I tend to think that it is my favourite big European city so far. Perfect blend of modern and traditional factors.

The old city is located just on two sides of the water, an inlet water of the lake. Beautiful charming streets, and everything is incredibly elegant, shops, restaurants. The museums are rich and people are very kind. But winter is terribly cold, try a Spring or Summer month to visit.

We came for a Christmas markets holiday.
We came for a Christmas markets holiday. Everything was walkable that we wanted to see and everything was clean. As first timers, we did find the trains/public transport a little confusing initially so do your research before you are tired from your flight. Will be back to explore Zurich more

See reviews by guests who stayed at hotels in Zürich
The location was perfect, it was close to the Zurich main train station - just a few minutes walk. We took train from Zurich airport to Zurich HB, which was just 10 minutes ride and then walked to the hotel.
The hotel was also in the city center - near to the old town and beautiful riverside.
The room was very clean and the staff was very nice.
The hotel is literally 2 minutes away from the city centre and the rest of tourist attractions of the city and everything.. buses trams ststion is almost on your doorstep. If you are travelling first time to Zurich highly recommend this hotel as airport is 30 minutes away too .
The staff were extremely nice and caring.
Friendly staff from the check in staff to the cleaning staff, hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The Spa is fantastic. Close access to tram and train station for access to airport and city center. Good options for food and coffee within a 15 minute walk.
This is the best hotel if you are on a Budget. Since Zurich is one of the most expensive cities in the world, it is hard to find a good hotel at an affordable rate that is so close to public transportation.
The price is quite good for a decent hotel. Even though the location was not very convenient for someone travelling from Zurich airport. However, the room is really comfortable, therefore worth the money.
