The location was great - walking distance from the main train station made it super accessible to the rest of Zurich. Our room had a brand new bathroom which was great - the shower was brilliant with great pressure/temperature. The room was quite large too so didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I liked the option as well to go eco-friendly with the room cleans (i.e. no housekeeping during our stay) which meant we got a voucher to use at the hotel bar/restaurant. The bar staff make a great cocktail!

The city is very tourist friendly, you can easily reach any site by public transport, transportation is well organised and efficient.
Visiting museums, Opera Haus, boat trip are excellent solutions for culture tourists.

Not a city I would want to go back to at all . Honestly highly disappointed. The whole city has very little to offer . The instagram has made city very attractive but it’s not . I had much better time in the mountains of Switzerland.
The chocolate factory can be done in like 20 min , should have guessed with all the trips and recommendations for the city was actually leaving the city .
City has way too many sketchy characters and I come from a sketchy city .

We particularly went to see the Christmas markets, we were able to use train to go to some other cities close by. The markets in Zurich where nice, food was excellent at the markets. We had some great experiences at the local restaurants. We typically walked everywhere, did use bus a couple of time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was in Zurich for work for a week and the hotel was very well connected to both the airport and the city center, with shops (groceries, clothes, etc) next door. Rooms were comfortable, ample and clean; and everything looked brand new. Bathrooms were nice and spacious.
It's the cheapest hotel with decent sized rooms, cleanliness and service in "downtown" Zürich, so this is why I picked it. Otherwise you either have either massively overpay (if travelling on a budget) or stay in a room the size of a cupboard in Altstadt on the other side of the river.
The location is the best. It's very close to Central Station and to Zurich's city centre. The hotel is a relatively cheap compared to other choices in Zurich, considering as very expensive city. The room service is efficient and the hotel is very clean
The price is quite good for a decent hotel. Even though the location was not very convenient for someone travelling from Zurich airport. However, the room is really comfortable, therefore worth the money.
