I arrived at the hotel with my daughter who had just broken her leg in a snowboarding accident and was postoperative and on crutches. Immediately the receptionist,upon checkin, said she would put us in an accessible room. This was far more spacious and right near the lift, making it a lot easier. We had such a comfortable stay. We were there for 1 night, flying out of Zurich the following morning. We had dinner at the hotel which was good enough , and definitely very convenient. And I want to mention that our server, Khalifa, was very,very nice. He also went out of his way to make my daughter an ice pack for her leg.
The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the airport. There is a bus to take you to the terminal but my daughter couldn’t manage that. We took a taxi - rather costly! 20CHF for a 3 minute ride!

Great location - we had an overnight layover and easily walked from our gate and then caught the train into the city to enjoy the Christmas Market at the central station for the evening. The staff were gracious and kind, giving us detailed guidance on how to navigate our way. The room was modern and mostly very comfortable. Breakfast was terrific.

Have stayed here several times. It's always clean and comfortable. If necessary, I could walk the 1.5km to the airport. I miss the shuttle service but a taxi was 18sfr and arrived earlier than expected. There is a nice bakery just across the street for a light meal and there are lots of shops within a few blocks walking distance. The hotel is also a short walk from the Kloten train station. There is also a restaurant on site but I did not use it so cannot comment, but I find that convenient.
