The Zurich airport is located outside of metropolitan Zurich and is easy to access. The Radisson Blu is woven into the Airport complex and appears on airport signage throughout the terminal area. This gives the Radisson a great benefit and makes it tops in location, location, location. The Radisson is a very well operated hotel and serves business and traveler needs very well in my opinion. Rooms are well decorated, super clean, comfy beds, and a good value as a major airport hotel. The best point I found was the ability to walk to and from the airport gates in 10 to 15 minutes without going outdoors. Forget the shuttle / cab requirement. Finally check-in / out procedures are excellent and make those processes nonevents. Great.

I was a little unsure because we were walking to a office area but boy were we pleasantly surprised. The room was incredible! It was beautifully prepared and the room itself is an absolute spa (sauna, Jacuzzi, rainfall shower, etc). My wife and I LOVED it.

Have stayed here several times. It's always clean and comfortable. If necessary, I could walk the 1.5km to the airport. I miss the shuttle service but a taxi was 18sfr and arrived earlier than expected. There is a nice bakery just across the street for a light meal and there are lots of shops within a few blocks walking distance. The hotel is also a short walk from the Kloten train station. There is also a restaurant on site but I did not use it so cannot comment, but I find that convenient.

I am a Hyatt guest with your gold passport number 518976619B. For the night from October 24 to 25, 2024, I made a reservation for me for one night at Hyatt Zurich Airport hotel via www.booking.com and with a guarantee with my debit card.
The JASTA travel agency, which organized my flight to Zurich, asked me if I am planing to stay at Hyatt Zurich Airport and I confirmed it. The agency doublechecked it with Hyatt a made a direct advance hotel payment for me.
On Thursday last week I landed in Zurich, went to Hyatt, confirmed that the payment was performer by the travel agency and stayed overnight at the room. During the night I received a message from my bank that due to the „no show“ at Hyatt Zurich Airport I was billed with an additional 229 CHF. I understood that it was a mistake because I´ve already slept at Hyatt Zurich Airport.
In the morning I checked the mistake with the reception and they informed me that I was at Hyatt Regency at Zurich Airport (which was paid by the Jasta travel agency) and I should maybe to stay at Hyatt Place at the Zurich Airport which is approx. 200 meter away from the Hyatt Regency and which was probably booked by www.booking.com. I went to the next Hyatt and this was really true.
May I ask you please to return the payment of 229 CHF back to my debit card in this special mistake case of mixing two Hyatt hotels in the same building?
I am very sorry to trouble you with this issue and many thanks in advance.

I was there for 3 nights and Kloten was such a great...
I was there for 3 nights and Kloten was such a great location with no stress knowing that the airport was just a very short walk from my hotel. This location was had a food court, shops, restaurants. Downstairs is the train station, great place.. The circle had lots of bussiness people all around and the vibe was amazing.. so safe to walk around day/night.

The staff was outstanding! I was very happy when the gentleman at the reception desk gave me a complimentary unsolicited upgrade! What a wonderful surprise! The cleanliness level of my room and the hotel, in general, was outstanding! Hyatt just knows how to host travelers!

I think it's a sweet little town with the natural local...
I think it's a sweet little town with the natural local residents being a nice mix of youthful to retirees, rascals to professionals.With the more civilized individuals being more prominent while one strolls around the neighborhood. in general, the neighborhood is quiet and nice and there is a denner right next to the coop so food is affordable. However, I did see some of the real estate listing in the local real estate agency and find that the properties might be way overpriced - take that information to what you think of it.

It was a good location for me to stay in Zurich (Swiss Star Apartments had a good price for Zurich and walking distance to both the airport and Kloten railway station) which was both nice to look around and easy to get to the main railway station and the centre of Zurich.

The property is near the airport and buses to and from airport are available near the apartment. the facilities in our apartment was good, with a kitchenette and complete cooking supplies (with the exception of an electric kettle but we make do). Kloten train station is about 5-10 minutes walk, and travelling to Zurich HB station is only 16 mins train ride. even though the apartment has no reception, before the trip, i was able to contact the management on booking.com to arrange some things, and they were helpful and responsive.
The Alpine Garden Capsule Hotel at Zürich airport was a pleasant surprise! Everything is immaculately clean and the place has a comfortable but hip vibe that appeals to older, but still young, adults. The shower and toilets are shared. They are small but truly private, which I really appreciated. The capsules are comfortable, super clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
This hotel was above and beyond. As new as they come, super comfi, the location in the circle is pure gold. Restaurant, staff, bar, rooms, lobby area, it's all top notch. Next time a have an awkward flight from Zurich airport I'll definitely book a night here.
