The location near the train station makes it an excellent choice for our stay. My family and I like our small but cosy apartment (Mars IV) which has an excellent view of the Chapel Bridge. The beds are comfortable and clean with a dining table for 4 persons...I had good sleep throughout the 3 days. Also grateful that the room was available when we arrived 12noon.
The keys were left in a locked key box for the apartment which was easy to use. However I did have a little trouble finding the key box as I entered the apartments from the river side instead of the city side upon following Google maps.
I loved the location, it was ideal as it was right beside the Chapel Bridge and a short walk to the train station.
This hotel is very central, walking distance to many restaurants, chapel bridge and to the main train station, very easy with luggage.
Our room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff gave us good recommendations for restaurants.
Very unique hotel, rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Staff are delightful and extremely helpful. The terrace and pool area are a plus and a great way to enjoy the surroundings.

The location is quite good. The Lucerne train station is a 10 min walk away. The famous chapel bridge is even closer, while the Lion monument is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. The staff is helpful.
