The staff was very attentive, the location was just perfect and they had comfy beds, and AC during summer which was rare in other hotels in Switzerland. The restaurant and the bar were excellent with a great view.

Perfect location! It's an apartment with a view of Chapel Bridge! You can enjoy the view day and night. Everything here is perfect! The apartment is ideal for our whole family.
Quite a big room, excellent location, very close to the famous Chapel Bridge, very close to the railway station and public transport. Friendly employees, good breakfast, nice roof top bar. I recommend this hotel.
The keys were left in a locked key box for the apartment which was easy to use. However I did have a little trouble finding the key box as I entered the apartments from the river side instead of the city side upon following Google maps.

The location is quite good. The Lucerne train station is a 10 min walk away. The famous chapel bridge is even closer, while the Lion monument is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. The staff is helpful.
