We Absolutely loved this hotel. It's more like an Air B&B. Very cute set up. We had two balconies over looking the most stunning view. We had a separate bedroom, kids stayed on a very comfortable couch that turns into a bed. Bathroom and kitchen we roomy enough. BEST OF ALL WAS VLAD. He takes care of the property. We got in late and he was very accommodating. He gave us so much information on things to do, where to eat, and where to go to do family stuff. 5 stars!!! Thanks Vlad. Pl

Omg! This hotel is almost like the landmark of Interlaken west, all the tourist will stop by and take a picture of this amazing building. At the evening, outside the balcony you can hear the alphorn from the mountain. How romantic! The staffs are very friendly and helpful with our questions.

Wonderful staff, facility and location. The hotel is comfortable, the breakfasts are very good, and the afternoon coffee and tea service with cake is much appreciated. Interlaken West train station is a quick 10 minute walk from the hotel. The view of Monch and Jungfrau from our room was incredible John, Brunella, Claudia and others were simply superb: Very attentive, and even helping us when we brought in our own dinners by letting us use hotel plates and cutlery. Can’t wait to visit again!
