This hotel was outstanding. The staff was very helpful. Alf was especially helpful. He went out of his way to give us written directions to different places. We appreciated his suggestions and support. The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff was very kind.

The hotel is nicely situated between the lake and the city centre. It has a beautiful spa and functional rooms. The breakfast buffet was generous. Staff is friendly and helpful. Things are luxurious but discreetly so.

Too much people. In the hotel they don’t have enough room to attend the number of people that they receive. A luxury hotel like this is unacceptable that you dont find seat to have breakfast

We needed a place to stay close to the main hospital, CHUV, and this hotel is literally next door. Very convenient (perhaps less so if you're in Lausanne for downtown sightseeing). It is modern and clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Quiet. Good breakfast buffet. Fairly priced for what it is.
Very clean good sized rooms with easy access from the Chuv Metro station, and within (downhill) walking distance of Lausanne's Cathedral. The breakfast buffet was very good with several healthy choices.
