The staff, the hotel and the rooms all very clean and lovely. Good value for money, the suit is gorgeous. Good separation between master and rest of the room. The hotel is very nicely decorated as well. Loved it!

Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). And also it’s very important to mention it was family friendly and kids were treat with respect and not like they are burden

Very clean good sized rooms with easy access from the Chuv Metro station, and within (downhill) walking distance of Lausanne's Cathedral. The breakfast buffet was very good with several healthy choices.
