Great little family run hotel. No elevator so be prepared for stairs! Very helpful and friendly staff. Super location close to train station and short walk to gondola. Food in the restaurant was very good as was breakfast. The view was incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

I have to start with the service. I have traveled my fair share, and I have never experienced anyone more attentive and eager to please than Chris. I stayed with my wife and parents. Chris went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we were having the best holiday possible.. Our rooms were spacious, and the balcony views offered everything Switzerland was supposed to be. The views from the hotel were spectacular. You are away from any tourist traffic and steps away from the North Face Trail. Breakfast was solid, and we enjoyed dinner multiple nights during our stay.
