Diana was truly magnificent! We got stuck in a BC Roads maintenance traffic jam for 6 hours just after we passed through Salmon Arm which was really badly managed but that's another story. We phoned Diana at the Chase Country Inn because we thought we wouldn't be able to get there til late. Diana was so helpful! We had stayed there a couple of days earlier which no doubt helped but she allowed us to check in over the phone and enabled us to access our room no matter how late. In the event, we did not arrive until 1:30 am and we were able to get into the room straight away. Diana was a Godsend and I couldn't be more grateful.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included in the rate and there was a good choice and great quality.
