One of the Worlds most famous city parks.

One of the Worlds most famous city parks. Easy to spend the whole day in this vast urban playground. Hire a bike and explore. At Christmas there is the best Christmas festival for kids in the park. Don't miss it if you are here at Christmas.

Fabulous place to lose yourself for a day.. so much to see and do. My personal favourite is Beaver Lake... lots of blue herons, raccoons, 3 different types of squirrels, frogs, variety of birds... but didn't see beavers. Lake was clogged in Oct 2018, but believe they were going to restore it from the overgrown of weeds, during 2019.

Gorgeous park. We payed $13 for a day parking pass.

Gorgeous park. We payed $13 for a day parking pass. This allowed us to drive to different areas and to park there, allowing us to see more of the park in our limited time. Make sure you get a map of the park so you don't waste time getting lost. I highly recommend the Tatlow Walk which takes you through the old growth forest and the huge redwood cedar trees. The Aquarium requires about five hours to see everything and is the best one that I've ever been to. Swimming and beach time is a must!

The room/apartment was larger than expected and kept very clean. We had a problem with the included safe which was sorted very quickly. the staff were all very friendly and happy to help. The position of the hotel was good about 30 mins walk to Stanley Park and 10 mins to the cruise terminal (close enough to walk with our suitcases as mostly downhill).

The location was great to explore Vancouver. There are ample food choices on Robson. I liked that the hotel is not a huge high rise building- that’s just a personal preference. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had breakfast one morning and it was delicious. There is an option to hire electric bikes if available- great way to see Stanley Park. They also had a wine tasting hour in the evening which was lovely after all the walking/cycling. A friendly and relaxed place.

The apartment is so well situated for exploring the West End, English Bay Beach and Stanley Park. It was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a well designed functional kitchen area. Those staff we met were very friendly and welcoming.

We spent a week in the apartment, balancing remote work with free time to explore the city. The apartment is very well located; we could easily walk to all the main attractions (Stanley Park, West End, Downtown, Gastown, Canada Place, and even Granville Island via the False Creek Ferry) in about 15 to 20 minutes. There are stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The place is newly renovated, clean, and the host is very polite, helpful, and quick to respond to communications. Definitely a great place to stay in Vancouver.

Vancouver actually IS NOT a classic city-trip experience which is what makes it so fantastic! You get the best of both worlds - you get to walk around the city and see all the shopping areas, the old town areas like Gas Town, but you also have the incredible natural space that is Stanley Park and the marina! Plus you have all the incredible mountains and outdoor pursuits type of areas on Vancouver's doorstep which makes a visit to Vancouver so refreshing - especially if you live or work in a city and want to experience some nature whilst you are away.

Our hotel was near shopping but was in the heart of restaurants in numbers, I have never seen - most of them independently owned. Stanley Park offers much to do and there are many museums available as well as sports. Going to Granville Island was a lot of fun for unusual shopping. We enjoyed taking a free bus ride to Capilano suspension bridge which was a highlight of our trip. Three days was not enough time to do what we wanted.
