Location, cleanliness, staff. While the accommodations were upscale, the atmosphere was very friendly and casual.

I liked the location on the water and the free water bottles whevever you wanted. They booked me taxis all the time which was helpful. The restaurant downstairs is great . They put me by the elevator which is what I asked for.
