Great views of John's and the harbour - on a clear day! You can walk from Quidi Vidi or from the harbour on the North Head Trail, or walk / drive up the road. Nice cafe in the visitor's centre.

Breakfast was great and the location was excellent. Walking distance to Signal Hill and downtown area. Carole was super helpful and very accommodating.
The location was very close to a grocery store, Signal Hill, the Battery walk, the harbour walkway and downtown. Being able to prepare some meals (although having salt, pepper and a little oil would have been helpful) was very helpful, and the grocery store down the street had everything we wanted. The property was very clean and having a washer and dryer in our unit was a real bonus. I would recommend this property.
Location was great - in the middle of downtown and Signal Hill. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and had a cosy design. Bed was super comfy and there was tons of room for post hike stretching. Would totally recommend!
Beautifully restored house with amazing decor & antique collections. Could easily be a museum. Bill was a great host & the self-service breakfast was very nice. Great location for downtown & Signal Hill / Quidi Vidi.
The location is convenient in the heart of downtown. Lots of restaurants breweries at a walking distance. The attractions like Signal Hill and quidi vidi lake are also very close by with a short drive. The place is comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
The staff were so welcoming, the room was lovely and warm with a great view of Signal Hill, and the location was excellent. I'd absolutely stay again. Just a lovely historical boutique hotel.
Room: Clean, temperature-controlled ok, appliances are welcomed, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and functional. Room wifi ok.
Parking: Did not have a car.
Location: Excellent for exploring the old city on foot, took the bus to Quidi Vidi village, took a taxi to Signal Hill.
Josephine (the hotel manager) was very welcoming. She stored our luggage when we had checked out already (late flight for us).
Great location, could walk everywhere in St. John’s (George st, signal hill, etc). Nice cafe in the hotel. Nice patio on the waterfront and room had a view of the harbour
Did not eat at hotel restaurant/bar but did enjoy some drinks there the evening of our stay. The proximity to the downtown is a bonus, all downtown amenities, other then Signal Hill, within walking distance. Valet service a bonus.
