We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and the advanced technology was a nice touch. The heated floors were especially cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to attractions like the aquarium and the Cirque du Soleil show, making it easy to explore the city.

All the essentials were in place but the extra touches like a complimentary welcome glass of wine, courtesy umbrellas, and tea/cookies in the lobby made it feel like a luxury hotel. The adjacent restaurant was actually quite good, too!

The hotel is located in a charming and quiet neighbourhood; plenty of great dining options nearby; close to Stanley Park, the Robson Street shopping area and of English Bay; the suite was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed with a fireplace; staff were professional and efficient; overall, it felt like a very good complement to enjoy Vancouver like a local;
Perfect place to stay with family. Two room type was big and enough space for 4 persons. There were 2 bathrooms which is perfect to share with family. The location was in center and so closed to Robson street within walking distance. The grocery and alcohol shop was so close to the hotel. There has hotel parking at the underground which cost 37 CAD per night.
The location was great, right across from the Art Museum and at the corner of Robson street where all the high end shops are. The exterior decor is beautiful and the restaurant looked inviting.
The breakfast at Hydra restaurant was excellent, several good choices, and the service was outstanding.The location just two blocks from Canada Place, and 2-3 blocks from Robson street was excellent. The overall attitude of the staff was the best I have ever experienced in any hotel.
The main advantages of this hotel are its proximity to the beach, downtown (Robson Street) and Denman. The full kitchen is also convenient for a longer stay. It also has a nice pool area.
Location location location! Robson street is a wonderful base to set foot from to explore Vancouver’s amazing food scene and Stanley Park, as well as proximity to funky Davie Street and a few blocks from aquabusses to Granville Island! We also loved being able to have a quiet night’s sleep, borrow the hotel’s electric bikes to explore Stanley Park, and the staff were very helpful!
