Only got to see the outdoor gardens - spectacular!
Only got to see the outdoor gardens - spectacular! Definitely will come again as we didn't have time to view it all. The small costume museum was very interesting too. And its within walking distance of Craigdorrach Castle (another "must see").
Quaint studio was a handy place to stay. We were able to drive out to the Burchart Gardens and Government House realively easily. We were able to park your car next to the entrance to the studio. Everything needed to cook provided.
What a wonderful place to stay. Sylvia welcomed us when we arrived. It is located in a lovely residential area next to Government House. The bedrooms were so comfortable even chocolates for you. At Breakfast time was so special she does all of her cooking. Sylvia has written a cook book Easy Elegance. This is a 5 star place to stay

Our suite (one of the more basic ones) was very well equipped and appointed, and comfortable.
Garage parking at $17 per night was easy and good value.
The area is mainly low rise with lovely trees along the streets - great area for a city location.

A beautiful Edwardian home in an exclusive and quiet residential area adjacent to Government House. Our Nottingham Suite was so roomy as was the bathroom with huge sunken spa bath. The owner Linda could not have been more agreeable and helpful with any request. The breakfast was amazing, with every choice possible. Excellent on site free parking.
