Really nice hotel, location is good and safe. Walked around water street and next to the water was beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had issues with tv for 2 nights didn’t get fixed but still usable. Great valet service and service to room if needing clean cups or cutlery. Restaurant in hotel was really good.

Room was clean and bed was super comfy. Very charming old victorian house. Had everything we needed including actual ground coffee for the coffee maker. The location was exceptional. Parkade across the street for parking and George street was about a 7min walk away. Perfect. Pricing was really good.
As most, the price and location is what grabbed our attention and I can say those two things were perfect. Location wise, you're right by George street for all the bars and restaurants.
Even tho you're so close to the bars, we found the volume to be bearable and didn't bother us from falling asleep.
The owner was also responsive and supportive with an issue that I had.
Great view of St. John's harbour from the room. Convenient parking underneath (with somewhat tight entrance). Easy walking distance to George Street music venues, or the other direction (slightly further) to the Battery neighbourhood.
very clean and nice location. the hotel is not the closest to downtown but it is relatively close.. approx 20 min walk to George street.

we loved the location and we loved the character of the hotel. the outside area is located at the back of the hotel but is very nice to sit and have a bite to eat, listen to music and it is convenient to Water and George street.
