Clean, comfortable large room - much better than we were expecting given that this place is apparretly only a two star hotel. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Finding the place and parking is very easy and the location is great for exploring Lake Louise and Moraine, as well as nearby Yoho national park and the Icefields Parkway.

The Fairmont Chateaux Lake Louise was a high point for us, with its fantastic location and grand nature, and accompanying price tag we expected a lot. Mostly it delivered, and the hotel upgraded our room as well but unfortunately it was under major renovations and the suite we were given was right in the midst of major works - the sound of drilling drove us out of this otherwise very beautiful suite.

What a great hostel! The staff are lovely, our double room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, and the toilet and shower were very close to our room. It was quiet when we stayed and we slept really well.

If you can swing it, staying here is well worth it.
If you can swing it, staying here is well worth it. Not for the hotel per se, even though it's lovely, but because you have access to the lakefront when the tour groups recede. It's very peaceful in the evenings, and a magnificent view to wake up to.

We had a wonderful time staying at Fairmont Château Lake Louise. The view from our room window was simply stunning. Although the room rate was on the higher side during peak season, the window view is most unforgettable. It was snowing during our stay and we’d love to come back for a summer view! The Le Labo toiletries provided also made our day. Nice!
The front desk and Fairview restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. We felt very welcome.
