(1) new soap n shampoo holder in bathroom dropped off twice in the 7 days we stayed there ; it can potentially hurt the toes; feedback given to hotel but think staff hands are tied (think it’s room 329) …. (2) clothesline in bathroom is dirty n cannot be easily re-cleaned for immediate use … footnote : we stayed a month in Listel in Nov/dec 2023 n didn’t encounter either of above problems
But the cookies n coffee ie morn n after skiing were a pleasant surprise… above feedback aside, the staff was courteous, rooms were clean.. n hotel is good value for money accomodation

The property was undergoing a refurbishment but it didn’t impact us at all. The rooms and facilities were very comfortable and warm. It’s located right in the middle of lower Village about 100 metres from the Whistler and Excalibur Gondolas. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Exceeded our expectations
Amazing location, right in the center of the village, very close to the grocery store, restaurants, sports stores, etc. and relatively close to both Whistler gondola and Excalibur gondola (less than 5min walk).
Good size room with all the needed kitchen appliances, utensils, salt, pepper, coffee, etc.
Very nice and helpful staff with information, directions, etc.
Underground parking was good as well.
Great studio in Whistler Village with a cozy fireplace, cute balcony, access to a hot tub and small fitness room, snowboard/ski lockers. This studio had a Murphy bed that was comfy which can be put away during the day to use the dining table for two. It was easy walk through the village to the Whistler Gondola and Excalibur Gondola, restaurants and bars. WiFi was excellent and we used it for work. Loved this spot and would stay here again!
