A fantastic place to go for a ski trip or to just relax.
A fantastic place to go for a ski trip or to just relax. Whistler, has a nice relaxing European vibe along with a friendly family atmosphere. You meet people from everywhere there. There is loads of shops, restaurants from sushi, splitz grill for burgers or hot buns bakery for some good crepes, or anything in between you can find whatever your appetite desires. Also outdoor adventures, zip lines we have done in the past for the people that want to try something different, all within short walking distance. As a family or couple, we travel to whistler 3-4 times a year for multiple days and can’t recommend it enough.

After we got there, we found out from locals that it's not really a powder place. The snow is usually heavy and wet. And while we were there it didn't snow much so the runs were pretty much concrete. Still, it's huge, and there are such a variety of runs. We probably skied and rode about 5% of it over two days. And we never had to wait more than ten minutes for a lift. If it was reasonably priced I would go again. But since like most of North America these days, it was so expensive, I'd find it hard to justify going again. We can go to premier resorts here in Japan four or five times for the price we paid for one time at Whistler.

I've been coming back to Whistler from Australia in both winter and summer for 35 years. Despite the distance I regard Blackcomb as my "home" resort. Plan and buy your tickets early as the daily prices are outrageous ( common to every Vail owned resort).

Whistler is absolutely stunning with high end restaurants and shopping. The people are so friendly. We are hikers and there were plenty of hiking options. Wish we had stayed longer and we can't wait to return. Whistler exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful location - weather did not completely cooperate, but we got some nice views of the mountains on our last day. The village was lively and fun, lots of shops and restaurants to keep you busy. The walking trails were terrific, well maintained and a great way to get some exercise.

We loved the room - comfy, clean, and modern-looking. They had a rubber ducky placed in the bath tub for our 3-yr-old and he was thrilled. There was also a stuffy on the bed, which made us feel that the preparation of our room was well-thought out and was done with care. The staff members were also very friendly and accommodating. Wr love that it’s right in the Village Center and has easy access to the gondolas and all of restaurants and boutiques, so this is definitely going to be one of our go-to hotels every time we visit Whistler. :)
Everything can't complain rooms are so clean and modern very comfortable views of mountain is nice
Balcony is a added touch ..bathroom.is nice and big
Kitchen is so modern and all cooking utensils are in kitchen for your needs parking is very easy and convenient location of the hotel is right at the start of the village
Pool and sauna is nice rooms are very big love the fireplace in the room we did not use the lounge and restaurant near lobby will definitely book again next time in whistler
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in the heart of Whistler Village. Handy underground carpark ($28 plus tax for 24 hours). Very comfortable beds, good sized room, spotlessly clean, all usual amenities provided including mini fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, and bathroom amenities. Good wifi, fresh coffee provided in the morning, no breakfast. On site coin laundry. Slightly dated hotel, but overall good value for money and I would stay here again next time visiting Whistler.
Nice hotel in Whistler Village, close to the village but still quiet. It was really nice to have a kitchenette and a balcony we could actually sit on and use. The jacuzzi tub in the room was a little odd but fun!
On a travel trip around the rockies. The best value for money hotel suite we have stayed in. Large one bedroom with excellent kitchen facilities. Car parking was a bit expensive but free shuttle to the village.
