We had a lovely stay at the CRS. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff were all helpful, polite, friendly and happy. Our room was clean and very comfortable- we slept really well. The bathroom was well equipped with flowing hot water. Wi-fi was excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast each day, there was a good selection and the freshly cooked eggs were perfect. The location was great for us- we were able to walk to the places we wanted to see and we used the complimentary shuttle bus to take us to Gadong night market which was a real bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

1. Excellent communication from the host, tend to my wifi problem immediately and during check in process.
2. Located in the middle of Gadong; fast food restaurants and the Mall Gadong are nearby and walking distance only.

The location is very good , right on the waterfront and near to the mall and a few convenience stores . Easy walk to all city centre sights .

The location of the hotel was walking distance to the mall and the kopitiam shop, easy access for an affordable & good breakfast. The staff were quick to response via WhatsApp and luckily there was free wifi as my local internet provider didn’t work internationally with brunei telecom, so was able to communicate home and others.
The location is just fantastic. Almost every single attractions in BSB is so close. Kampong Ayer Jetty, Sultan Saifuddien Masjid, Royal Regalia Museum is in walking distance.
Hassanal Bolkiah Masjid,Pasar Gadong and The Mall is also in reasonable taxi price distance.
Sunday morning is fun if you like to see weekend market and meet with more locals.
Just 15-20 minutes away from Airport.
Excellent! I highly recommend this guest house for everyone, perfect location close to the mall, restaurants and supermarket, the staff is super helpful and giving lots of tips to travel around and helping the guest, the room is super comfortable and quiet, best of the best!
