-The Ulu Temburong National Park is excellent!
I went on a one-day tour there and did the boating, rafting, hiking, and climbing up to 6 observation towers (43 to 58 meters tall) to enjoy a fantastic view seeing the canopy and the horizon.
-The Brunei River tour is great too!
I saw the mangrove forest and a few proboscis monkeys. Also surprisingly, I saw a crocodile swimming in the river, even just a very short time for 2, 3 minutes. Thanks a lot to the boat driver guide.
-The water village is a first-time experience for me. I stayed for 2 nights there. It's pretty nice.

Different tourists have different tastes and preferences, hence my wonderful experiences of BSB may not be the same as that of others. But given the cost of my recent visit to BSB, I must say that it is like a "province" of Singapore -- with wide, landscaped roadways, generally clean points of interests, and sparsely populated (because of Ramadan?).
We did have a good time!

I love Bandar Seri Begawan.
I love Bandar Seri Begawan. It has been my ancestors' place of origin, of course, but that is not the only reason. The reasons are attractive places located at the heart of the city like Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque and Sir Muda Omar Ali Saifuddien Park. Foods also can be found easily at the city at affordable price in Brunei dollar/ringgit.

Not a usual place for travellers, but once you're there you're in awe of the natural beauty and beautiful architecture of the country. It is a good place to travel to for a short trip of up to 4 days.

A taste of the South East.
A taste of the South East. Great food from so many different Asian countries. Very helpful calm happy people. Calm pace, they cannot be hurried. Large spaces, Pop-up street events. Covid-cautious.
My best dinner out was in KIMCHI Restaurant because I wanted Korean food. I was not disappointed. Not easy to get around as no public transportation easily available.... except you call for DART.

Its very small so 3 days is enough time. there isnt much to do but a trip to the mangroves to see the monkeys and to the rainforest is nice and peaceful if you are into nature. There isnt much luxury shopping and it is quite expensive. Local cuisine is good similar to their neighboring countries. Do try ambuyat its quite odd but worth a try.

I have a long transit on my way to Seoul. I have decided to take a short stay and visit Bandar Seri Bengawan.
It is a lovely hotel located at the heart of the city. It is near the Airport and ideal for short stays or transit passengers taking Royal Brunei. It's a great stopover hotel where you can see the city and be near restaurants and eatery outlets. Great customer service and excellent cleanliness.
We have chosen that hotel🏨 having read a few very positive reviews & are happy to join the chorus with our praises!
Hotel is very well situated, walking distance to major sites, while calm & comfortable!
Management takes good care of guests providing free airport transfers (great plus) as well as transfers to some of the sites subject to airport transfer schedule (we were lucky and used it twice)
Excellent option for a short visit to Brunei. Rooms and facilities with High standard and walking distance to main mosque. They arrange pick up / drop off from / to airport.
A quick overnight stopover in Brunei. Being close to the airport and with a 2-floor shopping center below. It was very convenient for us. Staff were also accomodating.
