Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel was enjoyable overall, and I'd like to share a few highlights:
Breakfast: The breakfast offerings were impressive, with a wide variety of choices available. I especially appreciated the option to order fresh eggs and the selection of fresh coffee and tea.
Swimming Pools: The swimming pools were fantastic, and my kids absolutely loved spending time there. It was great to be able to order snacks and drinks while relaxing at the venue.
Restaurant: The restaurant was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and had a positive attitude, which made our dining experience even better.
Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I reserved a mountain view room, which was cleaned daily as per my preference.
Hotel Santo Bansko enjoys an excellent position only 984 feet from the ski elevator, nearby Pirin shopping street, and 5 minutes from the center of Bansko with various shops and restaurants.

The family hotel really did exceed expectations. Location was incredible as less than a 10 minute walk to the gondola and 5 minutes to the high street. Lots of restaurant options nearby and old town just over a 10 minute walk. In a very quiet area so no street noise at all.
The hosts were amazing and offered a generous breakfast before 7:30 so we could be out skiing. Room was large with plenty of space for a weeks stay and the small fridge was helpful. They gave many small touches to make the stay extra special.
They have a room for ski storage which could help if not storing ski's at the local rental.
Great value hotel given the location
The Veziova House is 492 feet away from the main cable car station and a 5-minute walk from Bansko's Old Town. All rooms have mountain views, a private bathroom and a mini-bar.

Great place in the centre of Bankso, next to everything and the lift as well as their own restaurant where you can start with a breakkie.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, if you want peace and quiet, and not far from the centre, if you prefer noisy restaurants. Our window was facing the mountains, offering a gorgeous view of the slopes. The hotel is not far from the gondola lift as well..The breakfast should be specially mentioned - it was tasty and delicious, incliding some national pastry specialities and homemade jam from wild strawberries and blueberries.
