A very friendly, beautiful and clean hotel in a charming, well-kept house. It is family driven, and we felt warmly welcomed by the host. Very central, and the free city shuttlebus stops ca. 50 meters down the road, so it was easy to get there from the station. High quality breakfast. We had a lovely stay and recommend it.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Nicole. From the moment we arrived, Nicole's genuine warmth, friendliness, and professionalism made us feel like part of the family. Her welcoming attitude and personal touch set the tone for our entire visit.
Nicole's extensive knowledge of the local restaurants and attractions was invaluable. She not only offered excellent recommendations but also went above and beyond by calling around to secure us restaurant reservations. Her dedication ensured that we experienced the best of Bruges.
Nicole truly made our stay special, and because of her, this hotel will always be our first choice whenever we return to Bruges. Thank you, Nicole, for your exceptional hospitality!

Everything. The location, the room, the hotel, the view. Just everything about this hotel seemed perfect to me. It was my second time in Bruges but the first time in the hotel. And I’ll definitely be coming back. Also, I was upgraded to a superior room with a view, and what a beautiful view it was. The lady who upgraded me was so lovely.

Market Square
Bruges is like a fairytale, and the Markt is no exception. The true heart of the city, this romantic square is surrounded by ornate architecture, impressive statues and cobblestone streets. The colourful buildings house restaurants and bars, perfect for a cool beer as you watch the world go by. Once the sun sets, walk amidst the twinkling street lights, drinking in the beauty.

I loved our trip to Bruge and would thoroughly recommend a visit or two but you shouldn't go there for the Christmas Market because you'll be disappointed. We have been to many Christmas Markets and whilst the atmosphere is lovely the shopping is pretty poor.

Great hospitality by the staff, especially during breakfast. Room#20 was spacious and quiet with nice old-feeling decoration. The hotel location is superbly close to the Market Square. The city provides a free shuttle bus to and from the central station every 20 minutes with a stop very close to the hotel.
Fabulous hotel in excellent position overlooking market Square. Near all attractions and restaurants. Staff very friendly, beds comfortable and bathroom spotless. Breakfast very good and plentiful. Would recommend to anyone.
The hotel is very close to the station like 3 mins walk and is very neat and clean
And a 23 mins walk to the market square which is also a very beautiful walk
It’s good value for money
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and you couldn’t find a nicer host. We felt completely welcome and the breakfast was great too. The hotel is also less than a five minute walk to the market square and next door to a cool restaurant.
The location is perfect, it's a 15 minute walk from the station, and then you're in the centre of bruges with the famous market square a few minutes walk away. There are wonderful places to eat in every direction, most noticeably at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Our room had a toilet in a separate little room, with the sink outside in the room and the shower in the room facing the bed which was odd and we had to be careful to keep the floor from getting wet, but it worked well for a couple travelling together.
Well located in quiet area set overlooking a canal with about a 10 minute picturesque walk to the market square. Lovely spacious room and reception staff always helpful.
A bright breakfast room in the hotel looked inviting although we didn’t use it.
The location is steps away from the main market square, yet it’s on a side street. My room had a terrace. It was too cold to sit out, but it increased the sense of space and light in the room. This is one of those hotels carved out of some ancient houses, so it’s not an IKEA modern air BnB. Cozy bed, lots of hot water and workable kitchen.
Everything. Lovely hotel and rooms. Lovely staff. Great location especially when the fun fair is around. Also very close to some great bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to market Square.
Lorenzo (staff member) is wonderful, marked out alot of places on a tourist map for us to visit, and fave the best recommendations!!!
Lovely hotel with original features, just a 5 minute walk from the market square. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we're in Bruges.

What guests said about Market Square:
It's interesting to watch both tourists and locals alike completely caught up in the same feeling, energy, vibe just being in the Market square creates
There are a ton of tourists from all over, but still seems to be a ton of locals, all living in perfect harmony. The locals, and Belgians in general, are so incredibly friendly and helpful. There seems to be no antipathy toward tourists, quite the opposite. It's interesting to watch both tourists and locals alike completely caught up in the same feeling, energy, vibe just being in the Market square creates. I can't wait to go back for Christmas Market. As I heard in a movie once, Bruges really is a fairy tale land.

Head east/north-east from the market square to see a much quieter part of town, though still with sights to see including a set of four windmills on an open green
