Loved the stay was absolutely pleasant and revitalizing this place was a great place to stay and a getaway location for a peaceful vacation specially loved the staff they were absolutely great, friendly and helpful from Aygun who was really helpful, patient and kind and understanding in helping me sort out the pre-payment issue i was facing. Mahsati, the receptionist who did our check-in, Anar, who was our concierge, offloaded our luggage with a smile and loaded them onto the cable car a huge help as we had quite a few bags. The complimentary snacks were great and gave us a boost to move around the place and continue doing the activities. Shelale, the customer service representative and the one who was the main point of contact if we needed any enquiry and we unhappy woth anything a caring person who would time after time make sure we felt at home and wheather everything went smoothly she was quick to responsed even though she received a message from us late at night and actioned the requirements, Vusal who was our waiter during the great breakfast we had he was very helpful in assisting and arranging what we needed. All in all, we had a great stay, I'm pretty sure I've missed out on a few names from the list above who are really good at the job; the housekepper and the one who showed us to our rooms and I will definitely visit Qafqaz Tufandag again.

New. Very clean. Spacious house/rooms. Owners are supportive. Kind. Treated me like family. Mr. Nizami, Fatima and Zahra went beyond to help with anything I thought was missing or needed. Location above my expectation. High floor rooms recommended. Close to attractions. Restaurants/cafes in walking distance around the corner. Balcony view to die for. Room balcony with the same green view. Breakfast is not included. Home-made at extra reasonable cost. When I complained about minor things, owners immediately resolved it. Only cash or card to card accepted as a method of payment. No credit card. Owners help you with a taxi to run your errands. Highly recommended. Will return soon.

Very nice place and clean

First of all the location was perfect.Villa is so big,clean,beds were so comfortable,mountain view,fresh air and so on...The villa owner was so easygoing,noble,intelligent.He made our visit easy.I highly recommend this villa for everyone and promise you that,if you visit there you will never regret anything.One more time I appriciate villa owner.Hope one day I will visit there again for to enjoy my vacation.Wish the best for you guys. Firstly the staff Kamran, Samir, Elsen were very helpful and always smiling. The property is great and feels like living in middle of nature only minutes away from restaurants and attractions. We stayed in Junior suite which is spacious, clean comfortable with a beautiful view of mountain and river
