New. Very clean. Spacious house/rooms. Owners are supportive. Kind. Treated me like family. Mr. Nizami, Fatima and Zahra went beyond to help with anything I thought was missing or needed.
Location above my expectation. High floor rooms recommended. Close to attractions. Restaurants/cafes in walking distance around the corner. Balcony view to die for. Room balcony with the same green view.
Breakfast is not included. Home-made at extra reasonable cost.
When I complained about minor things, owners immediately resolved it.

It was clean, spacious and very quiet and most important, it had a washing machine! Good heating in the bedroom. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the main street where you can buy food and groceries. Our host Samir picked us up from the bus station and dropped us back (no charge). For 50 Manet, Samir took us to the main sights in Gabala for the day. This made our visit so much easier and enjoyable, rather than trying to catch taxis everywhere.
Good property with good facilities. Service oriented staff. Good food in the restaurant. excellent buffet spread. Excellent location with two cable cars operating from the hotel's property.
Rooms were decent and clean with balcony overseeing the pool. Huge bathroom. Great staff that helped us move around in Gabala for an extra fee. Even dropped us at Sheki at check out.
The location and view of mountain from the trace and restaurant of the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful and cooperative
