From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It’s a beautiful property, and you can immediately tell how well-maintained and clean everything is. The service was top-notch—ten out of ten from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, with stunning views that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The pool itself was absolutely stunning—such a relaxing place to unwind. The pool services were fantastic as well, adding to the overall luxury experience.
One of my highlights was definitely the breakfast. I looked forward to it every morning! There was such a wide variety of options, and once again, the service was outstanding. Everything was quick, efficient, and everyone was so friendly.
Honestly, I have absolutely nothing to fault. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

Oaks Gold Coast Hotel is located just 400 metres from the beach, where you can take a stroll and is 3.5 km from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, to enjoy some shopping.

no breakfast available unless you went to the Crowne Plaza that was adjoined. So this was not a problem at all. Staff were super friendly. The room was fine, plenty of space with access to Netflix etc. if you put your account details in. The view was good from the 17th floor. Place was clean and tidy.
