Spectacular overlooking the ocean with terrace 3) Spa bath 4) All in one washing machine and dryer 5) Quality fittings and furnishings...even the sheets and towels were high standard...also came with pool towels for both of us plus a spare! 6) Very clean

I like the location of the property

Oaks Gold Coast Hotel is located just 400 metres from the beach, where you can take a stroll and is 3.5 km from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, to enjoy some shopping.

Location was great. Close to everything and tram right outside the door was perfect. I got upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely but a little big for one person. It did have a washing machine which was handy.

Beds were the worst I have ever tried to sleep in, both myself and my wife both had back pain that affected our holiday. Called a couple of days before arrival to request an early check in as wer had a party to attend. Staff couldn't even make that happen. Food and drinks over priced. $9 coffee + $8 tray fee to get a coffee delivered to the room, never heard of that before.
