Ive stayed here many times and always find it to be consistently good as far as cleanliness, hospitality and availability. Being above Eastland shopping centre gives you great access to other food options, rail and outer areas such as the YV wineries
The room was very well appointed and I loved the colour scheme and style of the room. The shower was amazing, I do feel the mark of a good hotel is the shower. Everything was clean and in great condition. I loved the feel and theme of the bar and seating area as you walk in and loved the wooden bookcases on the way to the lift for the rooms. Stay were great and excellent location to Eastland shopping centre and the train station.
perfectly clean. extremely well appointed. great location with an excellent pizza place and fish and chip shop and milk bar 1 minute away. Eastland shopping centre five minutes away. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and lots of extra things to make our stay so enjoyable.
The design, decor, aesthetic and modernity of facilities was superb. I especially loved the open-plan lounging areas, the bookshelves and the accessibility of all this on the one level.
The actual location was ideal too, I love Eastland Shopping centre.
And, most importantly, it was quiet and I didn’t hear any hint of noise when in my room from any other guests. Bliss.
Loved the bar and the books! there’s a cool vibe here. Comfortable and cosy shared spaces and I like that they have work spaces here. The room was clean & comfortable & the facilities were great. The dessert was delicious. This is probably my favourite hotel so far of the approx 30ish I’ve stayed at so far. Added bonus that they’re above Eastland shopping centre so I can shop close by.
The location was handy being very near to the large Eastland Shopping Centre and also personally near to people I was visiting. The room was large and spacious with a few extra facilities I didn't expect such as a toaster, microwave, spa bath (although we didn't use it because it looked quite grotty). The beds were fairly comfortable and it was quiet for somewhere next to a main road.
Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Convenient parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located at Eastland shopping centre, so great place to go shopping after we checked out.
