The room was spacious, light filled and quiet, considering it's on the corner of two major roads the soundproofing was excellent. Well stocked room. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. There is a restaurant available which unfortunately we didn't get to try this visit but it smelled good. Would definitely stay again

We visited darrell Lee chocolate factory shop. Eastland 4 times for lunch and the kids wanted to shop. The kids wanted to go to Rush HQ. They enjoyed seeing family close by and see family twice a year. The Nightcap in Manhattan all you can eat was a blast went twice as it was fantastic.

A quirky motel in a location that suited my purposes. Definitely useful for those on a budget but don't expect too much. Would stay here again. Proprietor, Max, is a battler taking on most tasks himself and is very obliging. Some rooms appeared to be undegoing renovation. Facilities are basic.

On a return we would try for a ground floor apartment as we are elderly. This time we had younger family members to assist with luggage on the stairs.

Centrally located for Eastern Melbourne suburbs - we found this a perfect base to attend a wedding in Kangaroo Ground, visit family in Warrandyte, Mitcham and Mt Waverley, get some equipment serviced in Ferntree Gully and visit mum in hospital in Mornington. Super close to the Eastlink toll road which takes you everywhere east of Melbourne. The Eastland Shopping Centre is impressive for an out-of-towner - supermarkets, fashion, food court, restaurants!. The leafy suburbs put on a beautiful show of greenery and flowers, could even hear some birds singning.
Perfect for our week attending a national sport competition. Loved the location, the access to the creek walking track, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Prior to our visit we were worried about noise from the Ringwood Bypass but did not need to be at all.
The room was beautiful, very clean & the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in a hotel. Pillows we’re comfortable too. It was near a rail line but didn’t hear 1 train. It was fabulous. Reception were polite & helpful. Parking easy. Close to shopping centre & restaurants.
