I booked 1 bedroom suite. It was spacious! The reason I chose this hotel was washer & dryer were in the room and it was free! Although I brought eco-friendly sheet detergent, we could also get detergent from the front desk for free. Location was great, too. Easy access to Tram.

Fantastic location, close to Bourke Street mall, rooms were clean and comfortable, black-out blinds were great at keeping sunlight out for a bit of a sleep in.
Street noise was barely noticeable (and I was on the first floor).
On my last night the local council began cutting and Jack-hammering down on street outside my window. When I alerted the front desk, they happily upgraded my room free-of-charge and moved me to the opposite side of the building where there was complete silence. Amazing customer-service.
