We have stayed previously at the Grand Terminus and our expectations for this 2-night stay were well met. The rooms were spotlessly clean, everything was new and of good standard, and the staff were excellent. We also had a very nice meal at the hotel restaurant, which I recommend.

The manager, Jeff, went above and beyond with his helpfulness. I had been discharged from hospital with a broken collarbone, far from home, and appeared homeless. His kindness made all the difference!!

Lovely separate quarters away from other guests. Self contained apartment.
Breakfast is not provided at the Hotel, but it is located a very short walk to a selection of quality cafes that provide great breakfast options. We travelled to the Hotel from Melbourne by train, and the Hotel is only a short walk from the Bairnsdale train station, so it was very convenient, indeed!
