An absolute gem of hotel in the heart of Salzburg attraction. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building which has been tastefully decorated. The staff were SUPERB and went out of their way to make your stay pleasant. When my flight was delayed in arriving at Salzburg by 3 hours, I was reached by the hotel to assure I was on my way and someone stayed much longer to check me in. I am definitely looking forward to coming back.

Everything was perfect and even beyond expectation! very pleasant english speaking host /staff, spacious comfortable rooms wit big sunny terrace, exceptional inclusive leisure facilities for this size of hotel (spa, indoor and outdoor pool, private small beach on nearby lake, fitness room), amazing breakfast with excellent choice and amazing home made apfel/cheese strudel and sachertorte. location is just 10mins with car to Salzburg with big parking available.

The hotel lobby is gorgeous, and there are many "touches" to make it feel luxurious (old fashioned keys, crystal chandeliers, mini fridge stocked with tons of *charged* snacks and alcohol). The bathrooms were nice too and the location was perfect - just two blocks away from Mirabell Palace!
Beautiful hotel located next to mirabell palace. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was beautiful with a great view of the outside. Really a great experience.
Fantastic Apartment about a 5 minute walk from Motzart walking bridge to Aldstadt. 10 minute walk from Mirabell Palace. Lots of space, kitchen is well equipped. Check-in and out was easy. Washer was a tremendous plus. Great place to stay for extended time.
The hotel was clean and nice. Its location was great for exploring Salzburg, shopping and restaurants. It’s right next to Mirabell Palace which was great. Also across the street from a good bakery and the bus stop.
Friendly and very helpful reception staff. Nice single room with all facilities. Peaceful and decent hotel to stay near train station if to travel forth and back from skiing and then to airport. And just 7 min to walk to Mirabell Palace and old town of Salzburg. Perfect!

- Well located. You have Mirabell Palace really close and Salzburg main station (Hauptbahnhof) just in front of Hotel's door. It takes also nothing to get in the Altstadt by foot.

Hotel was easy to find, centrally located to the old town. Great staff, good value! Nice bath and room with comfy beds. Quiet area with sophisticated charm next door to the Mirabell Palace & Gardens!
