Excellent hotel
Very convenient location, 8 minutes walk to the train station, 4 minutes to the supermarket, all the main attractions are a maximum of 15 minutes walk away. There are several great bars and restaurants nearby.
Comfortable rooms, we had one on the 12th floor, with a great view of the city, I recommend it. Good showers, a convenient wardrobe. The only drawback of the room is poor ventilation, it became stuffy at night, we opened the doors to the balcony. And this is the only reason to lower the rating.
Breakfast is a bit expensive if you do not eat much in the morning, but if you prefer to start the day with a good portion, then the price is quite reasonable.
The staff is just wonderful, they answered all our questions and helped us with everything.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is good. 10 min by foot from the Karlskirche and the historic center. Quiet street with few good restaurants close by. The rooms are meticulously designed and comfortable. All amenities present. Excellent and very attentive service. Gym is quite small, but has a good sauna... you need to ask the staff to turn it on 30 min before the use! There is a samovar and selection of tea. Overall very pleasant experience! Thank you KaiserHof.
