Great location, kind and helpful staff, spotless clean and comfortable rooms, and an awesome breakfast with many organic choices! What more can one ask? We also very much enjoyed the complimentary hot teas and candy in the lobby, along with some pastries they put out if there were any leftovers from breakfast service. Even though the lobby was small, it was cozy. They provided books, magazines, and newspapers to enjoy while drinking hot tea. They really thought of every detail. The coffee/tea makers in the room were also always well stocked, and they provided eco-friendly toiletries. We had a great experience and enjoyed our home away from home for 5 days when we were visiting Vienna for the first time.

The hotel was within easy walking distance to the Underground. The room was clean and the perfect size for one person. Also, I needed ice for a swollen foot and the bar staff provided a cold pack for my use and were very kind.

The Artist Boutique Hotel was excellent on every level. From the stunning decor of the lobby, lounge, bar, and breakfast area to the clean and modern rooms, we loved our stay! The staff were wonderful; kind and helpful. The included breakfast was excellent and delicious. The bar keeper was friendly, knowledgeable, and delightful. We loved coming back to the hotel in the evening for a nightcap! The hotel was on a quiet street and an easy 20 minute walk to main sights, like the Hofburg Palace and Kunsthistorisches Museum. We did uber or taxi to some sights that were further away, like Schonbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace and the Vienna Opera, but that was all very easy and inexpensive to do. The best thing, they had on site parking for our car with a fee, which made it very easy to get luggage in and out as elevator was right there. We love Vienna and would definitely stay here again!
