Location is good. 10 min by foot from the Karlskirche and the historic center. Quiet street with few good restaurants close by. The rooms are meticulously designed and comfortable. All amenities present. Excellent and very attentive service. Gym is quite small, but has a good sauna... you need to ask the staff to turn it on 30 min before the use! There is a samovar and selection of tea. Overall very pleasant experience! Thank you KaiserHof.

Buy tickets online, and get there early if you want to see "The kiss". Anyone 19 or younger gets in free to upper and lower Belvedere (still need to get tickets). Online audio tours are not worth the 5 euros. Unless you love midevil art upper Belvedere is the way to go.

The building and gardens are stunning. Fantastic architecture and interior is stunning. Only had time for Upper Belvedere (can pay separately), loved the art especially the Schiele. Big Klimt collection. The cafe/ restaurant was good value and good quality. Wonderful sitting outside in the sunshine. We accessed via lower belvedere through the gardens, fabulous.

Allow lots of time to explore the Belvedere. The Upper Museum (in the palace) holds the Klimt paintings and other old masters. You can buy a ticket for both upper and lower museums but then split your visit.
The location was perfect as it provided a good walking distance to a major attraction (Belvedere Palace), stones away from the station and lots of food options within walking distance. Prime location! Also there was construction but the management kept it of sight and noise-free as much as they can; while all other facilities still working well.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the central area by D line, 2 stops to Belvedere Palace and you can also walk there in 10 minutes. It is very comfortable and close to the station, only 5 minutes walk. They let us leave our luggage until check-in in the morning, which was very convenient. The interior is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Liked pretty much everything. A lots of public transport around. Quite close to Belvedere palace. Got the room facing inner yard, so no street noise. Breakfast very good compared to some other hotels in similar price range.
The location is key! Close to S station, light train, main tourist attractions, and many good restaurants and grocery stores. The Belvedere Palace is next door.
The room was spacious and clean. And after a little mix up, they treated us to a bottle of sparkling wine, cake, and other goodies. Definitely recommend it.
They gave us free breakfast as the whole time we were staying, the wifi wasn't working. Great location -near belvedere palace. Our room was on the 7th floor, there was no toiletries, slippers or robe. We later discover the other room was provided even though our rooms are the same. Staff was friendly. Overall, an ok hotel.

Great place for our quick over night stay. Location is great - 5 minute walk to the train station and Belvedere Palace. Longer walk to the city centre, but very doable. Nice small kitchen if you need to cook. Our wifi was not working but hosts came by to fix it right away. Thanks!
The helpful staff assisting with information and arranging taxis. The restaurant served good food for dinner and the chef was very kind to give me a complimentary appetizer. It’s unfortunate that other guests didn’t eat there and just treated it like a bar. The location was excellent for the Belvedere palace and Karlskirche. I preferred taxis for the museum quarter.
