The staff is simply super! Matias, Gonzalo, and Denise were especially lovely. They really went out of their way to care for us.
The location is super! The neighborhood is so great! Very walkable. The hotel is spotless. They give you refillable water bottles, and exchange them with fresh water daily. The pool is pristine. The AC is cold. Breakfast is good, with many options for vegan, vegetarian, GF, and meat eaters.

The hotel is well located in the central leafy neighborhood of Palermo near lots of restaurants and attractions. The hotel was retro urban chic, with a roomy restaurant for breakfast or coffee. There were some really fun individual artsy additions to the public spaces. The room was clean with elegant paneling and a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
