Excellent location close to the side of town where the Fitz Roy hike starts and a lot of great restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful with booking a transfer and making restaurant recommendations. Room was comfy and clean. Nice breakfast, they even made coffee for me early one morning.

We had a very nice luxurious stay in this hotel. Price was reasonable. We enjoyed the drinks and snacks provided. There always seemed to be someone on staff at the front desk. The breakfast was an excellent European style spread with plenty of options. Location is good and near the bus stop on the far end of town.

There are 2 affordable shuttles to El Pilar, which stop by the hostels/hotels in the morning from 8 and from 9:30, 30-40 minute ride to easier and flatter trek (than from El Chalten) to amazing Fitz Roy/Laguna de los Tres, just make your reservation in advance at the hotel/hostel front desk to get seats. On the way back it's better to use trek via Laguna Capri Lake for beautiful views of Fitz Roy. Map
